How much does real estate photography cost in Atlanta?
Flash Visuals packages start at $350 for the Essentials package (unlimited ground photos plus licensed drone photos) on homes under 2,500 sq ft. The Luxe package with a 2–3 minute cinematic listing video plus photos starts at $700, and the Viral package with a vertical social reel, on-camera agent feature and photos starts at $795. Pricing scales with property size; taxes and any distance fee are extra.
How fast will I get my photos and video?
Photos are delivered within 24 hours of the shoot. Listing videos and social reels are delivered within 48–72 hours.
Do you offer drone photography and video?
Yes. Licensed drone photos are included in every package, and aerial video is part of our cinematic listing videos and reels.
What is included in every package?
Every package includes unlimited photos, blue sky replacement, a free property website, photos within 24 hours, online booking and referral discounts. Video packages add delivery within 48–72 hours.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in Atlanta, Georgia and shoot throughout the metro area, including Buckhead, Brookhaven, Sandy Springs, Decatur, Marietta, Roswell, Alpharetta, Buford and Cumming. Shoots farther out are welcome with a small distance fee.
Do you shoot vertical reels for Instagram and TikTok?
Yes. The Viral package includes a vertical social media reel with an on-camera agent feature, and our Agent Branding program produces four platform-ready personal-brand reels every month.
What is the Agent Branding program?
Agent Branding is a monthly content system for real estate agents: brand discovery, scripting and creative direction, one shoot day, and four edited, captioned reels per month starting at $2,500/month, with no long-term commitment. Single reels are available à la carte at $650.
